data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0,0\"> <strong data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Economic marginalisation<\/strong> Access to traditional financial institutions is almost non-existent for Indigenous women due to a lack of collateral and persistent prejudice<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0,2\">.<\/span><\/li><li data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0,0\"> <strong data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Lack of technical training:<\/strong> Limited access to education and early marriages (often between 13 and 15 years of age) deprive girls of the skills needed to access growth sectors<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0,2\">.<\/span><\/li><li data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0,0\"> <strong data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Addiction and prejudice:<\/strong> Patriarchal society often limits Indigenous women to low-paid subsistence work, amplifying the idea that they cannot become major economic players<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0,2\">.<\/span><\/li><li data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0\"><strong data-path-to-node=\"5,3,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"5,3,0,0\">Savings without growth:<\/span><\/strong> Traditional community models help to respond to emergencies, but often fail to transform savings into truly sustainable productive assets<span data-path-to-node=\"5,3,0,2\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-path-to-node=\"8,0\" data-index-in-node=\"49\">AVECI<\/strong>, a proactive financial inclusion approach that transforms beneficiaries from \u00abaid seekers\u00bb into \u00abrulers of their own capital\u00bb<span data-path-to-node=\"8,2\">.<\/span><\/p><h3 data-path-to-node=\"9\">1. Inclusion through Sovereign Capital<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"10\"><span data-path-to-node=\"10,0\">We don't just encourage savings; we kick-start them. Every member receives an initial loan of <strong data-path-to-node=\"10,0\" data-index-in-node=\"110\">$100 USD<\/strong> to immediately launch or strengthen an Income-Generating Activity (IGA)<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"10,2\">. This capital enables active participation in the economic cycle from the first month.<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"10,4\">.<\/span><\/p><h3 data-path-to-node=\"11\">2. From Savings to Collective Shareholding<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"12\">The AVECI model goes beyond traditional microcredit with two major innovations:<\/p><ul><li data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0,0\"> <strong data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Mandatory Investment:<\/strong> At the end of each 12-month cycle, the profits generated by the interest micro-loans:<\/strong> Possibility of borrowing up to 3 times the value of one's savings to support economic activities.<\/li><li><strong>Monitoring and Mentoring:<\/strong> Ongoing support from IWHE to guarantee the success of individual income-generating activities.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Phase 3: Cycle Closure and Collective Investment <\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Audit and Feedback<\/strong> Calculation of the profits generated by the interest and return of savings capital to members.<\/li><li><strong>Strategic Investment:<\/strong> Use of <strong>100 % of profits<\/strong> cycle to finance a profitable collective investment project (e.g. farming, agricultural processing).<\/li><li><strong>Incubation Technique :<\/strong> Specialised training via the PEMA model to ensure the ecological and technical viability of the project.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Phase 4: Launch of the Collective Enterprise and Redistribution<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Operationalisation<\/strong> Implementation of the collective production unit of which every woman is officially a shareholder.<\/li><li><strong>Dividend distribution:<\/strong> Payment of <strong>70 % of net profit<\/strong> to members, thereby increasing their sustainable purchasing power.<\/li><li><strong>Reinvestment and Spin-off:<\/strong> Allocation of 18 % to fund the company\u2019s growth and <strong>12 % to sponsor and fund a new AVECI group<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
